You have built a life that looks like success.

But something still feels like it's missing.

Not all of it. Not always. But there's a gap you can't quite close.

Between the wealth and what it feels like to hold it. Between the version of you the world sees and the version that's still asking questions nobody around you seems to be asking.

Between everything you have and everything you actually feel.

You don't say this to most people. Because from where they're standing, you have it all sorted.

But you're here. Which means part of you already knows there's further to go.

True wealth is not just what you have. It is your relationship with it — and whether you are actually living at the level you have built.

The Visionary Leaders Group works with women through wealth, identity, and, for some the businesses they are building or running.

Some women come because they have wealth and their relationship with it has not caught up.

Some come because the business they have built keeps breaking in the same places.

Some come because the external picture is everything they worked for and something underneath it still is not right.

Wherever you are starting from, the work is the same, finding what is actually driving the gap and fixing that.

Which Path Is Right For You?

The Business & Personal Work

You have a business and it keeps breaking in the same places. No strategy has fixed it properly because the source isn't in the strategy. I work on the business structure and the founder simultaneously, because you can't fix one without the other.

The Personal Work

Wealth, Identity & What's Underneath

You have money, a career, a life that looks like success. Something in how it feels hasn't caught up. The money stories, the self worth, the patterns running underneath everything, this is where we go.

This Is The Right Place For You If...

You have wealth — from a career, a business, investments, inheritance — and your internal relationship with it has not kept pace with the numbers.

There is a ceiling you keep hitting. In what you earn, in what you allow yourself to want, in what you let yourself receive. You don't know what it is but you know it is there.

The life looks like success and privately something still does not feel like enough — and you don't understand why, and you feel guilty for not understanding why

You give generously and find it genuinely hard to receive. Help. Support. Money. Rest. Something in you deflects it.

You have a business that keeps running through you no matter what you do to change that

You have tried coaching, therapy, strategy, restructuring, some of it helped, none of it fully moved what needed to move

Founded By Hayley Anderson-Richardson

Hayley has spent over two decades building companies, creating high-performing teams, and navigating the full commercial arc of what it means to lead something from the earliest founding decisions through to exit.

What she built along the way was not just commercial success. It was a rare combination of capabilities that very few advisors bring together, deep commercial intelligence, an understanding of what high-performance culture requires, and a mastery of the human and nervous system dimensions of leadership that determines success.

A background in psychology, neuroscience, and nervous system work. Someone who has done this work personally, not just studied it from the outside.

She works with a small number of women at any one time. When she sits across from someone, she asks them to tell her everything, business, life, money, how they're feeling, what's good, what's not, where they want to be.

What comes next changes everything.
